Privacy Policy.
Effective May 12, 202601 Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how CyberColt Solutions ("CyberColt," "we," "our," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites (including cybercolt.com, cybercoltsolutions.com, and bingo.cybercolt.com), the CyberColt Music Bingo application, the CyberColt Carnival platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you consent to the practices described here.
02 Information we collect
- Account information. Email address and display name you provide when creating an account.
- Authentication tokens. Issued by Firebase Authentication to verify your sessions across devices.
- Token balance and usage. The number of tokens you hold, expiry timestamps for active play sessions, and a per-account ledger of purchases and spends.
- Payment information. Processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain the Stripe customer reference and the last digits and brand of cards used for reconciliation.
- Device information. A device fingerprint hash (composed of stable hardware identifiers) used to enforce single-device sessions and to allow the same device to recover its own session after a sign-out.
- Server logs. Our backend records account identifiers, timestamps, region derived from IP, and event types for security, abuse detection, and operational diagnostics.
03 How we use information
- To provide and maintain the Services, including authentication, the token economy, and session enforcement.
- To process payments through Stripe and credit your account when a purchase succeeds.
- To enforce single-active-session, anti-abuse, and rate-limiting rules.
- To respond to support inquiries and account-management requests.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
04 Third parties
We rely on the following service providers, each operating under their own privacy practices:
- Google Firebase — authentication, Firestore database, and Cloud Functions for backend operations.
- Stripe — payment processing and customer billing records.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information with these providers only as necessary to deliver the Services, and we require them to handle it confidentially.
05 Data retention
We retain account information and ledger entries for as long as your account remains active. Upon a verified deletion request we remove personally-identifying data within a reasonable timeframe and retain only the minimum records required for payment reconciliation and legal compliance, typically up to seven years for tax purposes.
06 Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@cybercolt.com from the address associated with your account. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
07 Cookies and tracking
We use localStorage and IndexedDB to keep you signed in and to cache your active session state on your device. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention; those are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
08 Children
The Services are intended for adults and venue operators presenting to adult audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
09 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where required by law, by notifying you through the Services. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
